On 2 March 2022, the Committee of Ministers adopted the Resolution CM/Res(2022)1 on legal and financial consequences of the suspension of the Russian Federation from its rights of representation in the Council of Europe, confirming its decision on the situation in Ukraine of 24 February 2022 (CM/Del/Dec(2022)1426ter/2.3).
In accordance with Paragraph 3 of the Resolution, the participation of the Russian Federation in the Steering Committee on Anti-Discrimination, Diversity and Inclusion (CDADI) and its subordinate expert committees and working groups has been suspended.
