This call for consultancy services is launched within the project Supporting development of capacities and participatory approaches to implementing integrated services in disadvantaged urban communities, including Roma in Romania, implemented with the Ministry of Labor, Family, Youth and Social Solidarity, as part of the Swiss Romanian Cooperation Agreement.
The project aims to respond to the capacity building and expertise needs of the institutional stakeholders that will implement the Social Inclusion Programme of the 2nd Swiss Contribution to Romania. The overall objective of the Programme is to reduce social and economic disparities by delivering integrated social services (including education, health, housing, employment, and other necessary services for vulnerable communities).
To this end, the project is looking for up to 56 consultants across 8 lots:
Lot 1: Coordination and Inter-institutional Cooperation Consultant
Lot 2: Anti-discrimination and Human Rights Consultant
Lot 3: Legal Consultants
Lot 4: Local Public Administration Consultant
Lot 5: Project Cycle Management Consultant
Lot 6: Social Assistance Consultant
Lot 7: Education Consultant
Lot 8: Health Consultant
The deadline for the submission of applications passes on 07 December 2025 at 23:59:00 GMT+01:00.
